The team worked to understand what I was trying to achieve and then moved to resolve my request within the policies set forth by management. Their acknowledgement of what I was disappointed about helped me feel better and will likely keep me on as a customer as I feel we came to a reasonable, middle-ground resolution.

Upgrade Issues
I was enjoying the free trial and wouldve loved to upgrade . But been facing issues just to get upgraded. The customer service adviced to call my bank . Used different cards called each banks and still facing the same issue. No proper help provided by the CS and theyre not sure what to do . When the error was showing at their end . Im not sure how am I supposed to enjoy using this app anymore. :/

Krisp was a game-changer for me
Krisp was a game-changer for me. I work as an interpreter and with the pandemic had to go fully remote. Remote simultaneous interpretation requires clean audio and we cannot always count on our baby not to cry or our neighbors not to start hitting nails on the wall as we speak. Krisp makes me not worry about it!
