"Good System for Startups but very bad support and maintenance"

What do you like best about Kreezalid? Easy to implement. Good features. Good Design. Ok to customize. What do you dislike about Kreezalid? Very very bad support. If you get an answer you have to wait at least weeks, sometimes even months. Many bug reports, feature requests or questions are not answered. Even critical bugs are not fixed or it takes many weeks.
