What do you like best about Kount? Kount gives me the ability to link fraudulent orders in one place, and to quantify the likelihood of a new order being fraudulent. What do you like best about Kount? Very helpful in spotting fraud across multiple users/attempts. The ability to maintain a group of users that we know are legitimate users helps us cut down on processing times. The amount of data that is available is second to none and incredibly helpful in determining exactly who we are shipping to. What do you dislike about Kount? I dislike that we are not able to automatically block fraudulent activity right away. What problems is Kount solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Kount? Interface is very user friendly and ease to navigate. Makes my workload manageable on a day to day basis. What do you dislike about Kount? Nothing that comes to immediate attention. I’ve had a good experience with Kount compared to other fraud mitigation tools I’ve used in the past. What problems is Kount solving and how is that benefiting you? Stopping fraud. Link analysis is my goto for this.
