There rule based risk checking is easy to use and their documentation and support materials are excellent. What do you like best about Kount? I like how easy it is to use. This is my first using Kount and onboarding/training with our CSM was fast and easy. Speaking of our CSM, he is great. He answers emails in a very timely manner. What do you dislike about Kount? Reporting was the hardest thing to learn. Also, the decline rules are very limited but it still works for us. What do you like best about Kount? I love that I can easily set up rules so that I'm reviewing orders that truly need it and can auto release orders that do not need additional touches.
