What do you like best about Kore.AI? Easy to use, documentation and community support present. Multiple entities and node types for every different use case. What do you dislike about Kore.AI? Somewhat buggy platform and difficult to debug if an error occurs, especially in script nodes or bot action. Many areas, like chat history in the NLP management section, don't work as expected.
