What do you like best about Kore.AI? It is easy to understand with no code/low code. What do you dislike about Kore.AI? Ontology in Knowledge graph could be better understanding wise. What problems is Kore.AI solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer interaction and it is benefitting the most.

What do you like best about Kore.AI? The best thing about Kore.AI is User Interface to create the conversational AI Bot. The Scope is quite open to experiment and Tune. What do you dislike about Kore.AI? Nothing such a dislike. But a wishful feature - to have expandable text fields in some places. What problems is Kore.AI solving and how is that benefiting you? A lot of Business logic can be applied securely and Enterprise Support System Conversation can be automated for the clients.

Widget is a bit outdated and traditional looking - might need to look into this and re-design depending on client requirements as one size doesn't fit all across different industries.
