"Love this tool"

What do you like best about Koncert? The ability to call so many people in a short amount of time. The ability to make large lists and hit them over and over again. The support is also great! What do you dislike about Koncert? I honestly can't think of anything. I really have only benefitted from the tool over the past few months. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping us solve the need to reach out to a lot of folks but in a short period of time.

"Super user friendly and efficient!"

What do you like best about Koncert? My favorite feature of Koncert is the time it gives me back in my workday. I can complete triple the number of calls in the same time (or less) than I could manually calling each prospect one by one. It is super helpful to build a list by industry or person and I know exactly who I'm going to talk to in a goiven call block and can rotate these lists each day/week. What do you like best about Koncert? The Koncert platform is a game-changer for cold calling. It has greatly increased the number of meetings our team can book and helped with efficiency. What do you dislike about Koncert? The interface is very out of date. With that said, the support in helping our team understand the tool and get up to speed has been phenomenal! What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Cold calling is difficult to do at scale.

What do you like best about Koncert? I like that I am able to increase my dial amounts without spending a ton of time dialing! What do you dislike about Koncert? The setting area can be a little confusing during the initial account set up What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? I think that the adrenaline of not knowing if a name will pop up keeps me engaged and amped.

What do you like best about Koncert? You can get a lot of dials in in a short amount of time and really maximize your outreach to prospects. What do you dislike about Koncert? There's nothing that I dislike about Koncert Recommendations to others considering Koncert: Great platform! What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting my calls in during the day and being able to reach a large number of prospects. It makes me feel more productive.

What do you like best about Koncert? Easily call all of your contacts quickly and efficiently. Its very helpful to be able to see all of the names on the list as you go down. Schedules time immediately which is great! What do you dislike about Koncert? If you are calling multiple companies at once it can be a bit confusing to see who it's calling. I think the colours used to indicate who has been called, who hasnt and whos number is not great should be totally different so it is ...

What do you like best about Koncert? Koncert makes it very easy to get a hold of key stakeholders. The platform will save your sales team time and make them feel better about making calls. What do you dislike about Koncert? The setup and onboarding were a bit bumpy but Koncert did a good job of being prompt and getting our team up and running quickly. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Making calling more efficient and helping get in front of decision-makers

What do you like best about Koncert? The flow of getting into calls without the lag time in between calls allows for reps to get into a rhythm and become more effective during calls. Ease of use. What do you dislike about Koncert? In the report for scoring calls, I wish there was a rolled-up score for each call.
