What do you like best about Koncert? Since switching to the ConnectLeader tool, it's become hard to imagine how lead generation and development used to work. "easy app with excellent support from staff"
What do you like best about Koncert? The staff takes the time to help you cater ConnectLeader to be used best for you. What do you dislike about Koncert? Somewhat hard to navigate, but the staff does not hesitate to take time out of their day to walk you through any issues. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? "Super efficient"
What do you like best about Koncert? I'm not wasting time on phone rings just to find the contact isn't at their desk; if the end result will be a voicemail, it's great to leave them rapidly. Then, I can go back and touch the calls by hand that may have gotten stuck in the phone tree. I also like that I can kick bad data off my list for wrong numbers and contacts no longer at that company. What do you dislike about Koncert? What do you like best about Koncert? The integration with my CRM made my data clean and much easier to track. What do you dislike about Koncert? Some calls are not able to bypass gatekeepers. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Reducing prep time before colling a prospect. Increasing the volume of connections, I am able to have on a given day with my clients.

"Great Tool - Great Integrations"
What do you like best about Koncert? I like that I can have a targeted list loaded and know when I am coming in and starting my day that I can have a directed and focused intent behind my dials. The efficiency can't be beat. What do you dislike about Koncert? The only downfall I have is more on my admin level. "Awesome experience using ConnectLeader!"
What do you like best about Koncert? ConnectLeader has been an amazing tool to help me enhance my prospecting game. I would previously spend an hour hand-dialing through Salesforce or Excel and get a maximum of 50 dials completed. With CL I am able to power-dial and get upwards of 200 dials in that time frame. What do you like best about Koncert? ConnectLeader has some of the best customer services I have ever seen. We had an important day of calling in front of us and one of my team members had a small issue. It was fixed within 20 minutes! What do you dislike about Koncert? "Lots a conversations ..... Quickly"
What do you like best about Koncert? The amount of conversations I can have an hour. At the moment I'm getting 8-10 conversations an hour. What do you dislike about Koncert? The tool is a bit glitchy from time to time. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Since I started using Connect Leader I have tripled the amount of conversation I have an hour.
