What do you like best about Koncert? ConnectLeader is easy to use and it saves us so much time. What do you like best about Koncert? This tool has increased my efficiency tenfold!! No more making dials one by one. "ConnectLeader Service"
What do you like best about Koncert? The service for ConnectLeader was extremely easy to work with and provided a ton of best practices which made it very easy to implement while still learning the application. What do you dislike about Koncert? Not much. ConnectLeader has a few limitations with Salesforce but intime these enhancements will come forward. No blockers by any means. Katie Yankowski and her team did a marvelous job of assisting us with any technical concerns we had in a quick manner from the time the ticket was put in to when it was resolved. "It makes calling numerous prospects more efficient."
What do you like best about Koncert? You are able to make hundreds of calls without having to manually enter each number. What do you dislike about Koncert? There is a little bit of a delay when prospects answer the phone so the first few seconds of the phone call are either awkward, or they hang up on you. What do you like best about Koncert? The automatic call dialer was extremely useful, saved me a lot of time, especially with the prerecorded voicemails What do you dislike about Koncert?
