Excellent support!

Had an issue with a ticker that was listed differently on one of my exchanges, which caused incorrect listing on Koinly. After submitting a ticket the issue was corrected super fast. Really impressed with the Koinly support. Great product, I don't know what I would do without it. Thanks Koinly.

Awesome Application

Awesome app to use for tracking & tax filing purpose. Easy to use & great customer support. I have been using this app for two years & will continue using Koinly as long I have crypto investment portfolio.

Excellent portflio tracker

I've been very impressed with Koinly so far. I've only been using their free portfolio tracker, but next tax season, I'll be sure to leverage their tax reporting as well. Amazing customer service. Response was prompt and thorough. You can tell they actually care about the customers. Product is also very good. Crypto taxes can be a nightmare and they simplify the whole process. 5/5. Would recommend.

Customer service is superb. Always giving quick responses. Also they clearly improve their services and products. Paying for Koinly is worth it. Their product is good, very easy to use and advanced. If something is missing in their product, you can ask them and they really consider to add it. Before collaborating with koinly, I worked with two other companies providing similar services. I decided to work with Koinly immediately because of the high quality of support. Help comes quickly and its quality is always at a high level

Switche from CoinLedger to Koinly

I first started using CoinLedger, but just encountered too many quirks when connecting or importing data from wallets. Then after trying Koinly, it has a much more intuitive interface and excellent videos. Very impressed by the robustness of the tool. I wish it offered 2FA, but it does allow you to login through some exchanges and so as long as those have 2FA then you should be good.

Excellent tracking of Crypto & customer service

Crypto is difficult to keep track of for filing taxes but Koinly makes it pretty easy. After 3 years of generating my crypto tax forms, I am very pleased with Koinly. They were able to track thousands of transactions across 8 exchanges. When I have had problems, I send a message to them and receive a reply within 24 hours. Before using Koinly I used 2 other companies for this purposes, so glad I switched!
