This software is incredibly useful for tracking and reporting cryptocurrency investments. Every once in a while there are bugs/errors in the calculations that I need to go through and correct manually. However, the software notified me of the errors, which helped me identify and correct the problems. By including all of my wallet addresses I get a comprehensive overview of my investments.

Great! Just one request for next year.

The wallet APIs are great, and the ability to edit for certain things, such as minting and airdrops are nice. I would like to see "node distribution" added to the options.

Great customer help

I was questioning the functionality of Koinly until I got the attention of a support person. Her help and attention to my specific problems, and I did have many problems, got me to trust the platform to report taxes. Furthermore, I know that if I have any technical issues in the future, the same person who helped me would be in my corner to assist!

Best crypto tax service I have used…

I had used 3 other crypto tax services before finding Koinly and they are hands down the best I have used. With the other services the support could take days to get back to you and I still had unresolved issues. With Koinly, Arty had my issues fixed within hours and the number of coins were spot on. Like I said they are hands down the best I have used! Thank you!

Koinly is the best

I always get great support from Koinly. Any issues that I have encountered have been quickly addressed and solved. I have tried a couple of different crypto tax programs and this is by far the easiest to work with and the great support only enhances it more.

The software works exactly as it should and the tax reports are well priced. The customer service has been excellent so far, Jason in particular has been of great help!

Good program with some excellent support.

I've used Koinly for three years now and have always been pleased with it. This year I had a very strange problem which messed up the tax form so I got a little panicked. I contacted Koinly support and got some excellent help. It took a few days because tax season is very busy for them, but my problem was solved.

Excellent service, probably the best crypto tax accounting service out there. Customer services are very responsive to questions and overall the company has added feature after feature which have made it easier to reconcile your accounts.
