Great product & great support!
While I had a bit of a learning curve, which I consider normal, I was always able to get help in both video and text format. I imagine the help desk would have been another great resource, but it was tax time and they were busy. I didn't have the luxury of time and needed to get my report to my Accountant asap. I always ended up finding answers to my queries. Great product and undeniable great support! Highly recommend it - what a time saver!

Good enough
Koinly is the best out of the 3 similar services I tried. Crypto taxes are inherently complicated, but Koinly could make a number of things easier, such as with resolving conflicts and picking a cost-basis strategy, but overall I'm satisfied. One thing in particular was that it did not automatically refresh my crypto transactions for 2023, so I almost underreported substantially.

Great software (which saved my mental health)
I do not know how I would have filled out the taxes without Koinly. Gemini absolutely discriminatively banned me for using a VPN and being the wrong nationality, and instead of giving me access to API to connect with Turbotax, they provided me an Excel table of my transactions. Which is very nice of them, but Turbotax wasn't able to digest that table, and Koinly saved the situation. Thank you so much! P.S. The only thing I didn't enjoy is the price - almost $50 for history of around 30 ...
