Interface Good, Syncing Horrible

The interface is good, but Koinly seems to have difficulty reconciling transactions. The errors I've spent the last several days solving should never have occurred. Problem 1: Fee Sources Incorrect In many transactions, Koinly counted fees against the wrong currency. For example, I paid $2.99 USD transaction fees on BTC transactions. Koinly’s customer support

I never wrote a review but I decided to write one today because I am very happy with Koinly’s customer service. Syncing wallets by clicking “sync all” didn’t work great from me, and I sync one wallet at a time. Sometimes when I sell a nft, Koinly gets confused and it shows that I sold it to a different wallet but I can manually change it or ask customer support for help. Very pleased with koinly have used it…

Very pleased with koinly have used it over the past three years. Would highly recommend this to anyone who has worries about sorting there tax out. Only issue I had was that my API ran out on Revolut simple just deleting the wallet then add it again all sorted. So what u waiting for give it a go if I can use it anyone can. Would like to thank the team @ koinly for making this so simple to use. All the best guys/girls have a great Xmas

Best Portfolio Tracker!

I have tried a few portfolio trackers over the years and they have caused me a lot of frustration. When I found koinly I was very grateful, it has made my taxes and tracking of my portfolio so much easier. Highly recommend! It's easy to use and they have great customer service.

This will be a short post. With inflation eating away at almost every aspect of our economy and discretionary funds being rather tight, it was a "nice touch" for Koinly to have a 40% year end reduction for the 2023 crypto tax estimating tool. Koinly continues to demonstrate that they understand the meaning of what it means to be a responsible service organization as their only two products are crypto estimating software and their outstanding technical support team which proved invaluable ...

Super Support

Aria was great explained to me exactly what I needed to do & was very friendly. If only the support from exchanges was so good as you get at Koinly! It's what I've come to know & expect from them over the years but still it's always very welcomed. Great stuff 👏🏻

I would just like to say a big thankyou to Mariia, who was my expert reviewer. She has helped me sort out my account which was a bit of a mess; there were lots of problems to be resolved . The review really took the stress out of sorting out my CGT,so now I can submit my self-assessment . Really it is money well spent to give peace of mind ; also will make next years job a lot easier as errors will not carry forward .I would recommend to anyone who has many discrepancies and is finding it ...

Good UI and customer service

Product has great UI and is easy to use. Great customer support (I was in contact with Aria) and communication. Sadly I was not able to connect my wallets bc of a bug. This will undoubtedly be resolved in the coming days/week however I didn't want to wait so have moved on to another platform but would recommend nonetheless.
