They have been great, and Jack from Customer Support was extremely helpful. He took the time to make sure my issue was fixed, which was a ton of emails back and forth. But he stayed patient and helped me resolve my issue.

I've been a Koinly client for just over 2 years. I very much appreciate that they continue to build out their customer support team. I particularly like that they response in a timely fashion and find answers to the technical issues. While the dashboard is very nice, ensuring tax treatment is accurate is of utmost importance. Warning to repeat customers

The first year was great, and the report itself is really good. Based on my first year I would give them 5 stars. The issue is that you are charged based on your transactions, which can become unaffordable due to the nature of how some crypto platforms work (ie. Swyftx was paying interest on some currencies in 2022, and this interest was calculated on a day to day basis which = 1 transaction. Excellent portfolio and tax reports, matched by excellent support

I wanted an online tool to let me see my crypto portfolio across all wallets and also needed one to help me collect the information to be able to report any tax liabilities (in the UK). Koinly does both of these very well and for a reasonable price. I took the time to look into Koinly before signing up and saw lots of detailed guides on the processes to connect each wallet and also on how to use the information to go ahead with the tax report.
