Can´t find any easier and better tax…

Can´t find any easier and better tax declaration software. Jason in support has been super helpful with prompt replies. Going to resubscribe for more years. People like Jason makes it a no brainer to sign up with Koinly.

Excellent customer support

I have been using Koinly for 3 years now. Last year things became complicated, as I was using Networks that were too bleeding edge to be included (Secret Network, COSMOS, Sovryn). This year there are still challenges (particularly because the export tools from some of those networks are not up to the job). In short, I had to improvise and find a work around to complete my tax report. Ali supported me with some quick and useful advice and hence I am happy to recommend them to one and all.

Customer support not responsive

The interface is good and easy to navigate and I gladly purchased the 2022/2023 report. However, I was unable to download the report I need for split year arrangement. I contacted customer support but haven't had any response from them after 2 days.

Very good program

Very good program, actually I tried everyone similar and Koinly is the best of all if you try to use all of them. Customer support is stunning, they answer back quickly and they explain step by step all what we need to do in case of issues, they also have many tutorials on youtube...Thanks to Carl who gave me the last help few days ago

Great Customer Support

Due to some data transfer issues I was having not due to Koinly I contacted Koinly support and was contacted by Carl who quickly resolved the problem for me. This is my second year of using Koinly and clearly it is a company that provides an excellent level of customer support, even late at night !

Koinly is way better than Cointracking

This tool is soooo much better than Cointracking. I wasted 40 hours inputting trades using Cointracking. Nothing added up. Then I switched to Koinly - their UI/UX is so much better. Everything is very easy to input. And when something doesn't work, then their customer service goes the extra mile to help you out.

Customer service is great

Customer service is great, the solved my issue in no time, they're kind and communication is flawless. The serive the site provide is great and improves every year.
