Will looks after my account this year and I find him incredibly thorough and helpful, however no matter who that helps you the support staff are very knowledgeable no matter what situation question they’re there to help and give you the support and guidance all the way through. I have used Koinly for 2 or 3 years now and find the product and support excellent. Anastasiia looks after my account and I find her incredibly thorough and helpful. Very happy customer and will continue to use Koinly moving forwards. I am using the beta version of the app too which is decent, hopefully more features are rolled out on this too
