User experience is continually growing and support staff is very knowledgeable.

I've communicated with several different Support people through the years, and Koinly really seems to be growing by providing a better user experience in the app, and good customer support staff who are very knowledgeable and prompt.

Excellent support

Excellent support is essential for me, as the transactions in Cryto can often be complicated, especially if you are staking or dealing in some of the lesser known Alt Coins. The team at Koinly have always been very good at solving the issues I've had, although it does take some work on my part to explain them properly.

Koinly is the best

Excellent customer service! Konstantinos was superb at helping me fix the problem. He went above and beyond to make things extra clear. I've loved everything about Koinly so far, I only have positive things to say. Great product and great service, 5/5

Unsure about this company just received…

Unsure about this company just received a phone call from these guys saying I have 86 thousand from 2017 from when I used bitcoin although as it was frozen 2020 or something they want me to put in 500 to get it out does this seem right or is it a scam? Because these reviews I’m reading are about tax and not bitcoin? Have I just been scammed?

Great customer service!

The agents at Koinly are so helpful and understanding! Their patience with a non techie like me is also admirable. Thank you Koinly! I only wish there was a phone customer service line as email is often slower than desired.

Great support for various exchanges

Great support for various exchanges, wallets & blockchains. Let's be honest the crypto world is so diverse and can be quite complicated. Having an overview of everything you're doing and doing your taxes has been one hell of a hassle. But with Koinly it is much much easier. I already recommended it to several of my friends and they have started using it, too. Also my support requests are answered and fixed within ~1 day. 10/10 best crypto tool in my opinion.

First Year with Koinly

This was my first year using Koinly. I purchased the expert review option to handle my taxes for 2023. I had nearly 3K transactions that also covered multiple sacrifices. The customer service was top notch. Elizaveta was assigned to my account. She was clutch in getting my transactions in order to determine my overall gains / losses. I really appreciate all the effort put into my request. I plan on using Koinly next year as well!

Helpful customer service

Helpful customer service, responds quickly and goes into detail to ensure customers are satisfied. Have been using their services for portfolio tracking and taxes for the last few years and they are great. 9/10 would recommend, only thing to add is always adding support for new wallets! (Xdefi!!!)

Knowledgeable and professional

I bought the expert review service and truly felt like I was working with an expert. My wallets were a mess with many transactions missing cost basis and prices and Mariia fixed everything in a quick and efficient manner. She was very patient, knowldegeable and communication was top notch. The pricing may seem a bit steep at first, but it was totally worth it. No more anxiety about my taxes and you can't put a price on that. Highly recommended.
