Koinly has been extremely reliable for me in calculating crypto tax obligation here in the US since 2021. That first year, I tried many alternatives and they all fell short compared to Koinly. The on-screen guidance for each type of wallet you're adding is second-to-none, and it's awesome how you can do a mix of API/OAUTH integrations (if the exchange supports it) AND also add manual transactions, since there are some wonky APIs like where Binance US wouldn't support pulling in fiat ...

I've been relying on Koinly for my cryptocurrency tax calculations for three years now, and it's been a consistently good experience. Every time I've had a question or encountered a problem, they've been quick to respond via email, usually within 24 hours (sometimes within a few hours). One thing that really stood out to me was when they identified an issue with my Metamask address being compromised by malware, which explained some strange transactions I noticed but couldn't account for. ...

I've been using Accointing for 3 years…

I've been using Accointing for 3 years and it worked great. Blockpit bought them and shut down Accointing, but Blockbit's app is horrible. I'm so glad I found Koinly! The integration setup for wallets and exchanges was really easy and their dashboard is excellent, just like their accounting reports. The only complaint is that their mobile apps are technically "in beta" even though the iphone app works flawlessly. When will they release the full app on the app store?

I'm not too technologically savvy. Also due to this topic being around taxes it's very stressful. Jack at Koinly killed it! Number 1 was his patience with me, he took the time to work with me, communicate, explain, and demonstrate. I've always had good experiences with the Koinly team and been with them for three years now, but after this year, I'm not even considering trying any other crypto tax software. Thanks Koinly

I just have to say that i have used Koinly for years and they have always gotten back to me quickly and with such kindness in their emails. As we know, this is a rarity in the cryptosphere! And it is the only way I could get my crypto taxes done! Easy to use and upload from wallets and exchanges all your info. Very grateful for this company. I had to sort my UK Cypto taxes and…

I had to sort my UK Cypto taxes and used Koinly uk HMRC capital gains reports to submit it. I had to sync my exchanges and then sort some manual entries . I did this all without Koinly support but just the instructions on their help pages . paid for the reports and submitted . HMRC happy after I sent all the full entries to support the reports which are easy to download from Koinly .
