Good UI, compared it to 2 others and find this interface and functions the best

Good UI for handling large number of wallets and exchanges. Easy to edit transactions to correct problems it had in ingesting data. Have compared it to CoinTracker and CoinLedger and for my purposes, this one seems the best and easiest to use. Small caveat: was ready to sign up for paid tax reporting level, but started getting big warning boxes on EVERY screen saying "Unexpected Error" and no more info. Huh? Worse is that Customer Service hasn't replied to my support ticket after 3 days of ...

Fixing wallet upload issues

I had several issues loading four or five different crypto wallets. Although it took a few days to sort out, Jason, from Koinly support was excellent! With his assistance, all my past mistakes were resolved and the wallets were all uploaded successfully. I will definitely be using Koinly again next year for my crypto taxes.

I have emailed koinly twice about a problem syncing terrastation wallet and received nothing from their support except for a email stating they were reviewing my claim. I thought this was maybe a problem with terrastation wallet but i went to another crypto software program and within seconds it was done. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Will Koinly be my tax lifesaver?

I am not tech savvy at all and my crypto history dealings are diverse and disorganised. I've shied away from facing up to tax reporting as I hadn't physically taken any profits, but then became aware that swopping coins caused a taxable event! Great product

There seemed to be an issue in my wallet balance and that was holding me back from buying a plan. Jason was very patient and thorough with his investigations and ultimately helped me figure out the problem (issue with exchange transaction information).

Does koinly contact you about bitcoin? My grandad has been gave multiple phone calls saying he has so much in this account but he had to deposit £450 to reactivate account for him to withdraw the money there am wondering if this is a scam or not
