"Excellent support and mobile testing platform"

What do you like best about Kobiton? The support is knowledgable, quick, and friendly. We were up and running quickly and the testing team across multiple countries were able to test and support mobile testing for our applications with little to no learning curve. What do you like best about Kobiton? I really love that Kobiton has the ability to record sessions and easily capture screenshots, as we are doing our testing. This is great if I need to show my teammates a bug or something that may have been implemented incorrectly, without forcing them to reproduce it on their own. What do you like best about Kobiton? I work in a very hectic tech support environment and the time saved by Kobiton eliminating the need to physically locate and charge up an iPad is invaluable. What do you dislike about Kobiton? I can never remember how to log in, but that's a "me" problem. What problems is Kobiton solving and how is that benefiting you? allows for quick testing of user issues on otherwise inconveniently accessible platforms

"Easy to test on devices. Fast to deploy"

What do you like best about Kobiton? Using the cloud real devices farm is faster than other products I have tried before. That was a deal breaker for me in the past. Also, setting it up is easy, and integrating it with the CI/CD is very straightforward. What do you dislike about Kobiton? Documentation can be a little confusing some times What problems is Kobiton solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes running my automation tests on real devices easy, fast, and reliable.

Terrible account executive

Terrible account executive. We wanted to trial and most likely buy the product, for real, but their account executive took weeks to reply to messages and set up a follow up calls… a really bad customer experience. Not sure if Kobiton is a product is great or not, but judging from their AE shouldn’t be that great.
