"Not great, pretty amateur software"

What do you like best about Knak? The people are generally lovely and try to be helpful when there are issues. What do you dislike about Knak?

"Increase Efficiency without Increasing Costs"

What do you like best about Knak? Knak's approval flow is extremely smooth. It allows folks to comment, make their own changes, and what is especially great is the final approval check button. This has removed 2-4 days of back and fourth for our marketing ops team. Additionally, the fact that we are able to get teams building their own emails and landing pages without having to train them on Marketo and Wordpress is a game changer.

What do you like best about Knak? The tool itself is awesome. It removes email bottlenecks for non-Marketo savvy users and teams that don't have design resources or coders. Knak has freed up our marketing team so we are fairly self-sufficient in spinning up a new email and adjusting how we want our emails to look.

"Must Have for Any Marketo Instance"

What do you like best about Knak? Knak is a must have for any MarTech stack. It's an incredible time saver that's easy for multiple people across the marketing org to utilize. Templates are infinitely flexible yet scalable. Customer service is great and they continue to add new features.

What do you like best about Knak? The drag-and-drop email editor is so easy to use, and doesn't require any knowledge of HTML. The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to adjust the order of components and experiment with different layouts.

"Great tool that cares about what their users have to say and make improvements as they go."

What do you like best about Knak? I love to see the improvements I suggested being taken into consideration and added to a later version. I am aware that knak probably make changes according to the majority of answers they get, but even though, I feel appreciated for my time and the changes are done fast compared to other tools I work with.

What do you like best about Knak? Felix, our Success Manager, is amazing! He is also very responsive and helpful. The product is extremely easy to use and has a seamless integration into Marketo, which makes my job a lot easier when launching email programs. I love the flexibility of Knak and the simple drag and drop email builder when it comes to creating emails for our brand.

What do you like best about Knak? Easy to integrate with Marketo and solves the short comings of their email design editor. Allowed for more flexibility in email creation and to create a new workflow in our email process. The marketing team now has the flexibility to create content without being locked into a template at the same time allow us to safe guard the brand(s) integrated within the email builder.

What do you like best about Knak? Knak has allowed our team to move beyond the confines of the totally worthless, out-of-the-box templates provided by our ESP and to completely scale our email strategy. We've seen a noticeable lift in our email performance metrics since implementing the tool and we couldn't be happier.
