What do you like best about Knak? Easy to use interface. Straightforward approval processes. Solid integration with Marketo. What do you dislike about Knak?

What do you like best about Knak? As a Marketo user, it was hard to create landing pages and emails in Marketo without strong coding experience. Knak's drag-and-drop platform has been incredibly easy to use and has allowed us to increase the number/variety of templates we use for different marketing efforts.

What do you like best about Knak? Love the flexiblity of the drag and drop features. Our team is able to build emails quickly using pre-built modules, which can be completely customized. Knak continues to be innovative, adding an optimization section, and we now can include GIFs in Knak emails.

Suggestions for updates and improvements are always taken on board and usually quickly implemented, to the point that you feel you're receiving a bespoke product with personalized service.

What do you like best about Knak? I love the drag and drop features in Knak. I also love that you can hide certain elements and modules on mobile versus desktop. Lastly, I love that you can set up your UTM parameters in your Knak campaign.

We wanted to generate a new template for the customer newsletter and thought we would have to wait for the next quarter but we got it out the same week we went live with knak. That's also thanks to the great customer service knak provides. We have since designed full email campaigns in a matter of days and are building our modules to make our work even faster.
