What do you like best about Kluster? Kluster provides so many insights and is highly customizable. We love that we can create multiple views so that we can get different snapshots of the business. It's highly customizable so we can focus on what's important to the business at any time.

What do you like best about Kluster? As a sales manager, Kluster is a great tool to help me manage my team forecast more effectively and, therefore, give our leadership team a more predictable revenue. The platform also helps with one-to-one's, examing individual pipelines and more efficient ways to create strategies based on facts.

What do you like best about Kluster? Kluster is a game-changer for RevOps and Commercial Leadership. Not only will you improve your forecasting accuracy, but you'll clearly see why and where you might miss goals, so that you can act quickly. I especially like that individuals can easily see how incremental KPI improvements can influence performance. This makes for more effective 1-2-1 conversations with managers and helps identify training gaps.

What do you like best about Kluster? Kluster gives us a sales management team a great way of getting details sales analysis to ensure that we are not only looking at our reps on a topline basis but finding key areas where we can focus training and improvement strategies.

What do you like best about Kluster? Through Kluster we get powerful insights that would have been very time-consuming or impossible to pull from Salesforce or PowerBi. We also get support from a team who speak our language, understand our challenges, and creatively find solutions to help us scale fast. The CS team at Kluster simultaneously run multiple projects with us, and lead from the front. I wish we had this level of support from the rest of our tech stack!

By providing actionable insights to the feet on the street on their own unique behaviours and pipeline, it turns the tool from yet-another-thing-i-have-to-fill-out-for-the-higher-ups to something they want to look at and use as they plan their days, weeks, quarters, and year out. Kluster has an extensive repository of metrics and charts right out of the box... everything on my requirement list was readily available, as well several things I wish I had initially put on my requirement list. Aside from the product my account team is the best. I can't say enough good things about doing business with Kluster, in general.
