Great tool for visualizing data for the whole company, support staff are very helpful

What do you like best? I've used Klipfolio to create a series of dashboards to track metrics for different company departments and an overall company dash visible to all staff. I always get great feedback on the dashboards and I am able to incorporate suggestions for additional visuals fairly easily. If it is not intuitive initially how to make the visual, I simply contact the support staff via their online chat portal and have the issue solved quickly. There is a bit of a learning curve ...

What do you like best? Klipfolio is the most flexible BI tool I've used. It has solved dozens of difficult problems for us, on the data connection side, data presentation and data delivery. Excellent customer support

What do you like best? In this case we needed some assistance with getting the input filtering for a stack bar chart correct. We worked with Klipfolio's chat support folks, and they were able to quickly correct our mistake and set up a test chart for us to demonstrate what we had missed. The Salesforce dashboards have very limited functionality, with Klipfolio I am able to repurpose my data using excel like formulas so I can visualize any metric What do you dislike? Klipfolio Dashboard makes it easy to show data trends

What do you like best? Klipfolio is very flexible. I was able to import multiple files from JIRA covering over 10 years of data. The monthly dashboard I created shows the trends and makes it easy to show to executives what is happening. The ability to filter the data by different categories allows me to use the same dashboard to cover multiple products. Very powerful yet easy to use

I've been using Klipfolio's second cheapest subscription for almost three years now and I'm still shocked a tool this awesome is available for so little money. We rely heavily on their business dashboards and (with very little effort! import data from Magento, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and Trustpilot, which we effortlessly turn into beautiful visualisations.
