We don't have to remember the follow-up dates, you just need to add the email and prospects in the cadence and klenty will send follow-ups to all prospects on the time you have set. Also, the reports help in analyzing your reach out process, tells you the no. of email sent, mail that were opened and when they were opened, any link in the mail opened, mails that got bounced.
