They solve problems immediately
Through the chat they are always very attentive and solve my doubts immediately. They even send you examples all the time so you can see how to solve the problem.

Helpful support team!
We've used Klaviyo as our ESP for almost 3 years now and have had a great experience. It's so easy to put together campaigns and flows, to create finely-tuned segments and to see your statistics. Their support staff is also very helpful. I recently had an issue regarding deliverability and meeting Google/Yahoo's new sender guidelines. Shelly and Luan from support walked me through it, found the issue and helped me solve it!

Great marketing tool with great support
Klaviyo has been a fantastic tool for our email marketing purposes. The tool is packed with valuable features that are easy to use and highly effective. Very user friendly. The support team is also very valuable, always quick to help and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Klaviyo for anyone looking to enhance their email marketing efforts.

Great onboarding and service!
The onboarding experience has been great. As an agency onboarding our biggest client so far, the support with migration to klaviyo and solving deliverability issues has been very valuable. Now our largest client has increased revenue from email by 200%, and we're just getting started!

Very good onboarding experience
Very good onboarding experience We switched to Klaviyo a few weeks ago and already notice amazing results for a price that is only a portion of what we used to pay with our previous solution. Klaviyo is very easy to use and training our collaborators was quick and efficient.
