I Love Klarna my only problem is when you send notifications of a payment you can't tell what it is for. ordered something and never received it but I think I'm paying for it.

Had a credit of 650+ never missed a payment made payments early. But today I logged it it's all gone 😞. I been with Karlna for a while building up the credit. Pretty sad this happen

Need english speaking staff
Purchase of giffgaff phone declined using Klarna finance, even though email from Klarna states successful direct debit for future payments set up from my bank account - need to check my TSB account. Systems are poor and staff cannot speak english as first language
