I have purchased many things with Klarna and today I went to do my checkout at Stitch Fix and click to complete the order thinking it would take me to the option to see the pay and four amount, but it basically just submitted the entire order for the entire price! If I wanted to pay off the whole thing, I would’ve just done it through the Stitch Fix website and not use Klarna at all so I’m very upset about that! Unhappy with App changes
The app has changed and it has been difficult to see previous purchases. In addition, the reduction in purchase power or inability to see purchase power because your credit is locked as a fraud deterrent is ridiculous. For these reasons I am giving this experience a poor rating.
