Charged for item never received
My walmart order was missing a item. Walmart did not charge for item but Klarna still charged. I had to call Klarna twice because they directed me back to Walmart whom had already did their part and adjust total amount, called Klarna back. Still waiting over 2 weeks for "investigation " when Klarna can simply contact Walmart and resolve issue. Very disappointing. Loved Klarna prior to this.

They don’t care about fraud!!!
My account was hacked and charged with £900 in a pay in 3. Customer Service were unhelpful and deliberately obstinate! Totally unsecure way of handling payment and refuse to accept liability when their GDPR falls short! Only use them if you want insincere customer service and no security for your details

Two choices to pay over 3 payments or pay in 30 days
I gave klarna 4 star as I accidently pressed something and they say now I'm not entitled to a klarna card I explained but nothing ,I've never missed a payment even though my account was up to £749 pounds and now I'm only entitled to spend £90 I do like the convenience as I'm disabled and don't go out much
