I have had a on going nightmare with pandora,contacted pandora 3 times,also klarna twice,in-between recovering from surgery, and two hosptial admissions.klarna said contact pandora,get a ref to prove I'd contacted them.Did what they said,got back intouch with klarna with the proof like they'd asked to be told,they can't do anything,again contact pandora,by this point I was in tears,and on alot of strong meds,eventually pandora sorted it out,well I did myself as order was missing items ...
