Don’t bother with next working day…
Don’t bother with next working day delivery. Was not notified that the parcel had arrived until today, should have been yesterday. Customer service is shocking. Item will be returned and I will never shop with them again. I expect the delivery charge to be refunded and the cost of return!!!! Now I have to waste MY time going to pick up an item I no longer need

It says I have a line of credit but…
It says I have a line of credit but when I try to use it I keep being told that I'm denied due to credit score missing. I do not understand this and why it keeps denying me. I always pay my payments and have never been late but assuming it's because the bank messing up my account which affected the plaid connection with real time banking

Klarna is the worst
Klarna has really shown its true colours!! I reported a return with a merchant who breached their own returns policy ( i have all the evidence). The merchant did not refund klarna properly, so klarna decides to make me pay for an item i have returned!!!! This has been ongoing since may, klarna will not tell me why they believe i have breached so i can prove i havent!! Klarna believes that they can withold this information. By the way dont bothee complaining because they will not uphold it ...

False Advertising
I tried to use Klarna to make a Pay-in-Four purchase at Instacart and Klarna customer service stated that since it was my first time using Klarna that I had to prove my credit worthiness to them first by paying in full for the Instacart purchase via their app. Why offer the Pay-in-Four option at all then? If I could pay in full, then I would not need to use Klarna, right? What a waste of time and energy.
