Worked great the first time but ever since it keeps telling me it can’t verify my identity. Tried the chat Klarna advised me to do but the agent either didn’t understand what I was saying or just didn’t feel like doing his job.

You billed my 1st Klarna pay in 4 in the amount of $20.93 to my Credit Union immediately! However; I have yet to receive my order number, let alone any verification to my email, Coach nor KLARNA!
