I dislike the fact that I can’t use this app anymore because of my credit history which has nothing to do with you guys. I miss one payment with you guys of $24 and I didn’t even realize it made the payment right now because of the fact that I’m trying to use that app again might as well just close my account if I can’t use it

Customer service is mind blowing.
Customer service is mind blowing. Was advised I can make extra payments by bank transfer so I did to be told you can't do that. Now I'm trying to get my £300 back keep getting told 7 to 10 days it takes but I made the payment 23 day's ago. Then you get put through to the specialist team that takes 2 days to reply to each question. I will avoid anything from been with this company.
