My balance was at $1700+ with on time…
My balance was at $1700+ with on time payments and I did not use it for a couple of months and my balance disappeared. Klarna made me start back from $100 spending power. And literally since January of this year I've only been able to accumulate about $300 spending power. Even though I've made all ontime payments and have purchased over $1500 on klarna all year. This is mediocre at best. This app doesn't offer enough insitive so to me klarna is not great at all.

Useless online website
Useless online website. They do not contact you if something has gone wrong with your order, no notifications or explanations. When you want to enquire what is happening their online chat facility is robotic and unhelpful. Would give them zero stars if it were possible and would not recomend anyone using Klarna.

This is absolutely garbage
This is absolutely garbage. If you add money to your Klarna balance. They make it impossible to use it on their “preferred vendors” they want you to pay with interest. GIVE ME BACK MY $100

I am not able to stop this transaction. Nor dispute the charges! But the merchant is able to take my money! Not a fair or just balance. Will not be using this app in the future!
