They had a horrible customers service
They had a horrible customers service. Despite the on time payment, I kept getting overdue payment for 0.30 penny. Every time I made the payment for this "overdue payment", the money was refunded by the store. It happened at least 7 times. On three occasions, I chat with the customer service and mentioned the issue. They confirmed that there is no over due payment in the system. Still getting the over due payment warning, I try to get in touch with the customer service. Since the human ...
