The worst customer service ever!!

They have the worst ignorant customer service advisors ever. Imagine calling up for help as their stupid app isnt letting me log on. Told them i wasn’t getting any codes being sent to my phone for a second verification BUT got texts from everyone else. When i tried to tell her to fix the number /add on anothet number, the untrained advisor said i should go speak to my phone provider as my trxt service was not good? Imagine that? The returns from e global ( marks and…

The returns from e global ( marks and Spencer) takes longer than the timeline you have so you always pay for it and then get refunded and it’s super messy to keep track of.Also you can’t seem to track their packages, but customers can. Very manual. Date is ongoing.

Was charged twice

Was charged twice, and customer service is online chat and still waiting 3 weeks later for update. So am £149 out of pocket. Reply to klarna Already have done, but no reply after 3 weeks, so what now??????.
