PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We are using Kissmetrics so we can better understand our visitors and their interaction on our sites. We are able to help them create digital marketing strategies. Also, it allows us to use API so we can integrate it with our Marketign automation system and to score leads and follow up email or phone conversations.

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? The easy integrations with our third party tools, hubspot and segment to create a tangible analytics platform to track customer behavior and make informed decisions.

It is better solution than Google Analytics

PROS: I like the reporting capabilities of this product and in my experience they are better than other tools I’ve worked with. We are able to add lot of conditions and filters and this makes our work even more simplified. The reports are detailed and straight to the point. I like that it offers lot of report types that are suitable for various businesses. CONS: It has the lack of automatic event tracking, also and it doesn’t pull data retroactively.

"Best web behavioral activity tracker - learn from your visitors"

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? It is great to see where visitors click and move around on a website. To understand the customers is the best way to learn how to grow a business, to better engage with them as well.

Great solution and great platform for doing researches

PROS: Kissmetrics offers lot of data and great set of tools and options. I really enjoy working with Kissmetrics solution. Also, you are allowed to combine all the data by using various search levels. CONS: I’m not very impressed of its service, they are hard to contact and get feedback from them. Also, when doing funnel search there is no ability to click on users of specific group. Furthermore, the path tool needs some improvements, it’s not useful for our business.

"Kissmetrics is a great chat tool for those entering the "chat bot" world"

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? I love the ability to take the consumer on a "bunny trail" through your website. It allows you to control their pathway and see content that you find most relevant on your site
