It is better solution than Google Analytics
PROS: I like the reporting capabilities of this product and in my experience they are better than other tools I’ve worked with. We are able to add lot of conditions and filters and this makes our work even more simplified. The reports are detailed and straight to the point. I like that it offers lot of report types that are suitable for various businesses. CONS: It has the lack of automatic event tracking, also and it doesn’t pull data retroactively.

PROS: There are lot of analytics tools and dashboards available, and we cannot focus on simplicity and usefulness so we can define own web-based business goals. "Good customer experience, sometimes a challenging product to use"
What do you like best about Kissmetrics? The best thing about KissMetrics recently, is that the company appears to be listening to the users, and including more of the features that we have been asking for. The new people view, populations, and activity view are all great features.
