Anyone Can Build Workflows

What do you like best? KiSSFLOW allows users without any coding/programming experience to build complex workflows. Formulas are sometimes needed to set up conditional tasks, but the support team is very responsive, either providing the needed information through a chat or quickly getting on a call/screen share to demonstrate how to do something or how to resolve an issue. What do you like best? Kissflow has a very straightforward and easy to understand interface. I can expand the workflow section of each form and quickly see and edit steps and branching paths to attain the desired outcome. The developers have been very responsive to customer requests and new features are constantly being added. Support even helped me with a customization to make reporting easier for our secretary.
