Streamling processes has been easy

What do you like best? The tool has allowed us to easily streamline and standardize an otherwise broken process previously. The tool allowed us to customize the specific needs of the business and offers a way to easily track and manage a particular workflow. Support was quick, especially the online chat and if things could not be solved immediately the support team got on a call to work out the solution with our team. Thank you. What do you dislike? There is a learning curve to ...

Tool with a lot of bugs and Superficial Support who don't solve problems, only send to the tech team

What do you like best? The intuitiviness and the whole sistem of flow and postings in which allow user to have ownership over the tool What do you dislike? for each 3 times i posted a change, 1 had a bug that made all our flow break and more then 200 employes stopped working. If that happens you should have a closer support to allow us to solve stupid bugs in hours, not days or weeks how it is now What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Easy to use

What do you like best? IT allows to simplify processes that require a lot of manual intervention automatically. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Seems to do the job well. Recommendations to others considering the product: Understand the way your process flow works. It's easy to get into a trap of over complicating the way it works just to do a simple task. We had a number of revisions done to multiple kissflows as we were blinded by all the possible automation we could do that ...

Network Specialist

What do you like best? I like Kissflow for many reasons - the cloud based approach, how the design process make sense, how you can import and export data with little effort. We utilize Kissflow everyday and it easy to get users trained. What do you dislike? We haven't migrated to the newer version but I am looking forward to the enhancements. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I would say keeping better processes and not losing track ...

Workflows made easy

What do you like best? A new user for KissFlow moving from SharePoint 2013. I like the simplicity of designing apps and creating workflows. Web-based interface is easy to use and a normal non-tech user can design workflows with minimal training. Another characteristic is integration with Azure AD. Since most organizations nowadays are using Office365 and integration directly with Azure AD helps companies use same identities with KissFlow which makes end-user experience better. What do ...
