What do you like best? Pretty customizable. Integrations are useful. What do you dislike? It would be great if you added new tools or features. There are some minor bugs for example, when you it backspace on your keyboard, it goes back to previous page on browser instead of deleting the text What problems are you solving with the product? Good Tool for Workflow Management

What do you like best? Cost-effective tool for workflow management. What do you dislike? Sometimes the response from the KISSFLOW team is very slow, and not liable for their issues at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It brought drastic improvements on our timeline for a workflow management tool, where it handles multiple stakeholders in one place. Also, we have incorporated multiple processes at one tool. So it's really effective.

What do you like best? We adopted the use of KiSSFLOW to streamline our purchase order system. It has sped up our purchasing procedures and kept everyone advised and decreased the payment to our vendors. What do you dislike? Best BPM Software - Kissflow

What do you like best? Kissflow is very user-friendly. One can customize any workflow according to their business requirements with less coding. What do you dislike? Cannot create a customized template secondly while sending email through kissflow sending an image option is not available. Users cannot view the reports using mobile devices. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Real-Time reporting, Customized Reporting.

Kissflow has been a great way to put order in a lot of administrative task arround the office.

What do you like best? What i like the best abput kissflow is the customer support. Whenever we have doubts or need assitant there is always someone avilable in the app and you can even have a conference call or something with the kissflow things to really clarify your doubts or solve the issues you are having with the app. What do you dislike?
