Good Tool for Workflow Management

What do you like best? Cost-effective tool for workflow management. What do you dislike? Sometimes the response from the KISSFLOW team is very slow, and not liable for their issues at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It brought drastic improvements on our timeline for a workflow management tool, where it handles multiple stakeholders in one place. Also, we have incorporated multiple processes at one tool. So it's really effective.

Allowing Scale Ups to cope with rapid growth

What do you like best? The flexibility of Kissflow allows your to build a number of simple and complex processes rapidly. What do you dislike? There are some features that are missing that would add flexibility. e.g. Regex as text validation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bid Sign Off has been a problem within the business and Kissflow is allowing us to create a simple process and rapidly iterate.

Great tool! Looking for customizationsimprovements

What do you like best? Pretty customizable. Integrations are useful. What do you dislike? It would be great if you added new tools or features. For example, instead of having to integrate with Zapier and setup a manual connection to a Google Sheet, it'd be great if that was a built-in part of KiSSFLOW. No support for Arabic language in the chat and in the some of there web

What do you like best? its web based system and connect with google suite. What do you dislike? bad support and a lot of limitation cross the app. Recommendations to others considering the product: support more language, add different calender's like Hijra calender's provide native language chat. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To help moving to a paperless environment.

What do you like best? The attention the people working there givves us. Each doubt and each question is solved in a very efficient way. Just great service. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Software is easy to use, and if I ever have any questions their team is awesome about answering! What do you dislike? Nothing at all, they've never disappointed. What do you like best? I do not need IT support to create and manage my workflows. What do you dislike? Some capabilities are restricting but I am hopeful that most will be addressed in the next version. What problems are you solving with the product? KiSSFLOW improved the approval process immensely!

What do you like best? When we adopted KiSSFLOW, I was definitely skeptical because we had tried other tools, but still had kinks when it came to the process of moving paperwork, projects, and other business materials through approval processes, but I'm glad we gave it a shot!
