A great workflow tool to eliminate paper

What do you like best? Ease of use. You can be up and running quite quickly. What do you dislike? We have a structure where each department maintains there own flows. I would like a hierarchy view of flows by department because it gets quite messy otherwise. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Workflow management, we have automated alot of workflows and gotten ride of paper and emails

What do you like best? The process flow, Support from the Team, Bhamini especially who gives follow up with me every time. What do you dislike?
