Great Workflow

What do you like best? The ease of setting up workflows for our school has been wonderful. What do you dislike? I haven't found much I don't like about Kissflow. Reliable and easy to use always. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Group room reservations. Onboard new staff for our IT department to automatically open a help desk ticket to trickle down the process.

Great workflow management tool

What do you like best? We switched from an e-signature app to Kissflow, because of Kissflow's ability to manage workflows. We are happy with the way Kissflow handles approval processes, and the fact that I was able to add certain conditions, to prevent users from having to approve a form multiple times. From HR view, we can easier to push information like: - Set target KPI for employee to follow the target line. - Renew the contract for employee for new year. - Easier to submit information to HR for travel expense... Easy to use and works well for most general uses

What do you like best? Creating workflows is significantly easier here than in other products. We have been able to successfully distribute the work to create workflows because of this. Accessing data through the API is easy. What do you dislike? The product is a bit rigid. Good for business workflow and automation processes

Great Solution!

What do you like best? Very happy with this paperless solution to our most used tasks. Very easy to adapt to specific needs. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I have been using Kissflow for close to six months now. The ease with which one can map a business flow with Kissflow is simply amazing. The interface is quite intuitive. In case one needs help to understand a formula or process, the help section has quick 2 minute videos which cover almost every topic. What do you dislike?
