Great, easy-to-use solution!
What do you like best? Cloud-based format with single-sign on gives me and my organization the freedom and flexibility to create a solution that we can use in a variety of ways. What do you dislike? While there are some technical limits to cloud-based protocols, we are an organization that is already fluid in that environment, so it worked well. Flexible, intuitive, and links to other useful apps
What do you like best? KissFlow has excellent customer service. They answer questions promptly. Additionally, programming new "flow" is relatively easy but also has an immense amount of flexibility with the program. It links to many other apps like zapier, google sheets, and many others. Two years in and Kissflow has become a vital part of our business
What do you like best? Always on accessible from anywhere. I can access all projects from the last 24 months from any web browser. What do you dislike? Great Workflow
What do you like best? The ease of setting up workflows for our school has been wonderful. What do you dislike? I haven't found much I don't like about Kissflow. Reliable and easy to use always. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Group room reservations. Onboard new staff for our IT department to automatically open a help desk ticket to trickle down the process.

Easy, fast and effective!
What do you like best? KissFlow is intuitive and anyone is able to use it. There is little to no coding necessary and the mobile app makes everything easier. Also the 24/7 support helps you with any question you may have. What do you like best? KissFlow is a flexible tool for our events reporting and we adopt it to all input and output data. What do you dislike? Actually none, just some upgrading in the future. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solved reporting platform accessibility and facility of usage and ensured the real time workflow and notification.

Best workflow builder ever!
What do you like best? Super good support. All issues were resoled almost immediately, all questions answered in a minute. Tool is great and intuitive. You may fulfill all business requirements with one tool. What do you dislike? It is really difficult to write anything I dislike. Generated PDF includes only visible fields. I think all kind of fields should be included in generated pdf report. But not everyone should be able to generate such document. Recommendations to others ...
