If you really want to Keep It Short and Simple, go for Kissflow!

What do you like best? It's very intuitive and easy to use. You can design ANY process you have in mind if you are not happy with the many processes that are already designed. Simple, Efficient, and Powerful Workflow Management System

What do you like best? I really like the simplicity of this system. I am able to get a workflow up and running after signing up in minutes without much learning curve. However, I can also make it more powerful by including formulas to the forms or workflows. What do you like best? Product is still evolving but the support is the best I have ever experienced. Small suggestions are acted on immediately. For large suggestions, users have access to the development 'wish list' where suggestions are 'liked' and move up in the development order. great system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best part of Kissflow as a product is that it's so versatile and quite easy to use. What do you like best? KissFlow makes the automation of processes simple. Processes which historically have taken many people many hours to complete are now quick, accountable and viewable by all actors within the process. What do you like best? I appreciate a lot the support I get from Kissflow, they're usually very fast responding and effective! We had some difficulties after upgrading, since we have multiple and extense processes, and they were really attentive to us.
