PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how simple this system is. I'm capable of getting my workflow running after signing in. That only takes me a couple or so minutes with very little learning curve. I can make the tool more robust by putting in formulas to both the workflows and forms. What do you like best? The ease of set up and the data validation options. The GUI is pleasing and for the most part set up is quite intuitive. What do you dislike? The inability to skip sections based on a previous result (if those sections are required fields. The live data set is accessible but cumbersome. Once you're through the process creation, you won't have to waste valuable time training people since the apps themselves explains it all. Even a toddler can weave around it. What do you like best? KISSFLOW is great for organizing workflow and for process approval when managing a team working within the same workflow. What do you dislike? The reports are comprehensive, but its difficult to get a birds eye view of the entire work process.
