What do you like best? Everything can be done within minutes, new apps creation are easily accessed & report generations are perfect as expected. What do you like best? Support staff is incredible. Always available to assist and they even follow up afterwards to make sure your workflow is as you intend it to work. What do you dislike? It would be helpful to first time users if they had a manual or video explaining the logic behind the software system so it would be easier to figure out how to best maximize your workflow. What do you like best? I like the ability to submit forms without the hassle of having to email and track versions of important documents. What do you dislike? At times i feel it is a bit inflexible. What do you like best? It's a nice way to set up work flows, everything used to just come to my email, so this is much better organized and ensures everything has been approved What do you dislike? The setup process is a little complicated, but it's fine once you figure it out What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We now know that all items are approved and things don't get lost in email inboxes
