What do you like best? Intuitive Inputs and usage of the software What do you dislike? The line item details are problematic when it comes to copy/paste information into the separate fields. Let's IT Focus on more critical tasks!

What do you like best? I like the ease of use for using KissFlow. Once the business got setup and trained briefly by our IT organization they have been able to manage the application themselves. Keeps good track of everything

What do you like best? Nice that every request is in one spot. The tracking on it also works well when trying to keep so many people in the loop. What do you dislike? Would like to be able to edit more. Once I send for clarification the request is “gone” till they send it back. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everyone is in the loop.
