What do you like best? Kissflow fills gaps in our manual worklfow in a simple intuitive way What do you dislike? Takes a little time for a novice like me to learn how to properly use Kissflow. But the end result was well-worth it! Excellent option, very good customer service and fair pricing.
What do you like best? Customer service is very good, they helped me to create my initial forms from zero. What do you dislike? Some notification emails went to SPAM, as admin can be confusing to realize when you are in testing mode or live. KiSSFLOW has made several HR paper processes obsolete!
What do you like best? Once apps are created, it is such an efficient process to move items through approval process. What do you dislike? Nothing stands out at the moment. I guess it would be nice if it had an integration with our HRIS so that new hires and terminations would automatically be added to the program. Excellent flow documentos tool
What do you like best? the easu way to create new flows with the tool. It's an excellent tool for quicly develops of flows for any area in the company What do you dislike? maybe a test enviroment it's a good idea. Bringing Automation to the Masses!
What do you like best? The interface was really easy to use for beginners; as a new tool KISSFLOW made everything really user friendly. The customer support is EXCELLENT. They are knowledgable and incredibly responsive. The price is great. API, webhook is great, you are able to get the data. What do you dislike? Customisable to your own needs!
What do you like best? Almost everything can be customised. I'm impressed on how flexible it is! What do you dislike? Form layout can't be changed for easier usage by users. i.e. Bold, colour, borders etc can't be changed What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? KissFlow is a wonderful yet easy tool that we here at our company.
What do you like best? I like the workflow process, they way you can delegate different task to people is pretty cool. What do you dislike? My only issue is when you get clarity and send something back to the initiator you can't assign a time for them to return it What business problems are you solving with the product? Great systems, excellent customer service.
What do you like best? I love that there are templates to start from and a straightforward interface. The customer service and follow-ups are excellent; I appreciate that personal touch with the same rep each time, and they are always available when I have questions. What do you dislike?
