Good company

What do you like best? They create a good product based off of what you ask them to do. What do you dislike? Sometimes they don’t meet deadlines, and that’s frustrating when you need something done What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps us with our graphics and many other things, the benefits are it helps us to run smoothly.

What do you like best? It is relatively intuitive to use and has a clean UI. What do you dislike? It is very expensive for what is actually offered. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Company finance is easier when centralised and this offered a good solution.

Excellent Program for Controlling our Workflow

What do you like best? We have been using Kissflow for 3+ years now and have found the program excellent in controlling our workflow and scheduling the vacations for our staff. We love that the program is easily customized to suit our needs. Support has always been excellent! What do you dislike? I have found nothing to dislike - the program works well for us. Very user friendly

What do you like best? I like that it is simple to use and I love to use it for reporting. What do you dislike? It can sometimes be a bit slow, takes time to move between fields for the reporting What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Workload review, work allocation.

KiSSFLOW is easy to use

What do you like best? Ease of use. For a non-programmer, I was able to setup unique workflows with very little help. Also, when I needed assistance, KiSSFLOW support was very helpful and responded to my requests quickly. Training materials are very clear and concise. They are written from a user's perspective. We are pretty happy with this application.

What do you like best? I like that no one else has to see everything that is going on, I can submit it directly to the person who it concerns. What do you dislike? Sometimes editing a submitted app can be finicky. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives us a good application to use for our expense reports and allows us to compile all reciepts, invoices, etc into one system.

Kissflow keeps true to their name Keep It Simple "Stupid

What do you like best? I'm not a programmer yet even I am able to create effective workflow solutions for our two campus school. What do you dislike? Nothing really comes to mind. It's a really effective tool. Recommendations to others considering the product Once you get over the hump of the setup, which their technical staff was amazing at assisting me with, the rest is really a walk in the park. Solid process management software

What do you like best? Kissflow is flexible. I can pick from one of their templates or create a custom process from scratch. Customer service is quick and friendly. The user experience and interface is clean, crisp, and easy to use. What do you dislike? There are some features that I need which kissflow simply cannot do yet. They have been great about making updates and improvements, but I have had trouble with some formulas in my forms as well as linkages between Master docs and forms. ...
