A capable workflow engine
What do you like best? It's a pretty intuitive system with good functionality and lots of logical options What do you dislike? Completely mobile for our field people to create and approve POs
What do you like best? We use the system for purchase orders. Our field people initiate the PO from the app and then receive the approval back after it is routed through a array of approval options. Works great. What do you dislike? If this were integrated fully into our accounting software, that would be awesome. Recommendations to others considering the product it is easy What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? WE just use this for POs.

Straightforward and easy to use platform
What do you like best? We use kissflow in our organization for approvals that pass through multiple divisions. Works great and is easy to configure. We also really like the iOS app. What do you dislike? It can take some time to load on occasion. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We primary use Kissflow for approvals that require sign off from different company divisions.

simplify your processes
What do you like best? ability to customize and have conditional processes along with the easy of adding security levels for each part of the process. What do you dislike? inability to share templates makes template feature almost worthless What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? entire ap approval process including report to import into Quickbooks. onboarding

Powerful app, but needs fine tuning
What do you like best? Powerful integrations and tools; mobility What do you dislike? Excessive loading times on desktop browser, inhibiting multi-flow and quick changes which are crucial in a busy environment. Mobile app needs improvements in regards to speed, responsiveness, and login management (I randomly get logged out and sometimes a reinstall is required.
